Open Each Day: 11am - Late
A classic Tasca bar in the middle of Bangkok Old Town featuring the Spanish cuisine concept of “tapas” with famous authentic Thai cuisine. Newly produced, and complemented with heart-warming service. We are a great place to fill up before a big night, pass by for a tipple before an early night, or a casual lunch.
We are just a 2 minute walk from Wangburapha MRT Station and The Grand Palace. Have fun with a challenging game of Shuffleboard or darts! Located conveniently on Charoenkrung Road, a major road in Bangkok, and the first in Thailand to be casted in asphalt. Built during 1862–1864 in the reign of King Mongkut (Rama IV). Construction of the road marked a major change in Bangkok's urban development, with the major mode of transport shifting from water to land. Charoen Krung Road was Bangkok's main street until the early 20th century, to serve the fast-growing community of foreign traders on the right bank of the Chao Phraya River. The consequence of a series of trade agreements Siam (the old Thailand) signed with foreign countries.
The area became and has since remained a melting pot of cultures. It formerly served the community of European expatriates and it is still home to many historic buildings and neighborhoods. Walking down the neighborhood’s alleys today, you can still witness traces of its heyday. When in Old Town, stop by and experience our various choice of Thai Tapas, tasty house wines, or carefully crafted cocktails in a pleasant Tasca atmosphere.
